I used this pan only several times but loved it already. The process is absolutely incredible. When I make eggs they float on the surface as water droplets on a hot skillet - in case if you care, that phenomena of droplet levitation over hot surface is called the "Leidenfrost Effect" back from 17th century...
I don't even have to wash my pan after making eggs. All I have to do is to wipe the pan from excessive oil with paper towel and put it back on the rack. I use my inductive GE range on the 6-7 level out of 10. 6 makes the process quite slow and delicate and eggs become sort of soft, but 7 makes it already quick and eggs are quite hard, if you are not paying attention. So, the overall heat level should be just a little bit above medium, I would say. In my case it's 6.5. So far so good. I will update in later months.
