 Welcome to the Ozeri lifestyle website. Ozeri requests that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy before using the Ozeri website. The following terms and conditions apply only to item transactions from Ozeri, made through our internet site at Ozeri. By using the Ozeri website, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Errors on Our Website
Weput forth our best effort to ensure that information on our website is accurate, complete and current. Unfortunately, there may be instances when information about a product is inaccurate or incomplete. We reserve the right to correct any errors and/or update the content such as stock images, product pricing and availability on Ozeri at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the amount of charged.

Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days from the date it is received. No replacements will be made after this 14-day period. We highly recommend that you open your shipment and test your item(s) as soon as you receive it.

Replacement of a defective product is subject to final approval by our returns department. We are not responsible for any risk and/or liability resulting from the use of any goods.

Merchandise purchased through Ozeri, which qualifies for return may be returned to Ozeri, Attn: Returns Department. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), by contacting us via email or telephone. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee implemented. An RMA is valid for only 14 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed in big lettering on the shipping box. 

Please note, refunds will only be issued to original shipping charges if we determine a product to be defective due to manufacturing or an incorrect product was shipped.

All returns or exchanges for any other reason, shipping and insurance charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you choose not to insure your package, Ozeri will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.

For any incorrect products you receive, we will exchange at no additional cost upon verification. All items being exchanged must be in original, perfect, re-saleable condition, and must include all original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 days after you receive your items. We do offer in-store credit only for future orders, should you not wish to do an exchange.

Special Pick-Up
We have instituted certain authentication procedures at our pick-up locations. To ensure a seamless and trouble-free experience when picking up your orders, we require that you present a valid ID and proof of payment.

At the time of pickup, you, or the payment provider,must present the store or pick-up location with a digital copy of the order confirmationand the actual payment method info. Only identified individuals matching our records are authorized to pick up merchandise. Merchandise will not be released to individuals unless all required documents and identification are present.

We reserve the right to withhold releasing merchandise in any circumstances where the documentation provided does not match applicable payment information or the information provided at the point of order confirmation.

Products not picked up within 7 days of the order will be returned to inventory and a refund for the purchase amount will then be made to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) less 20% handling cost. We do not guarantee availability of the product after it has been returned to inventory. 

Shipping Products
Ozeri ships orders during normal business days: Monday through Friday. Currently, we do not process any shipments during the weekends or holidays.  However, you may contact us for special pick-up. Please ensure that your order information is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. 

We use all available shipping methods such as post office, local carriers as our only shipping medium, unless otherwise requested and approved by us.

NOTE: All orders are processed upon receipt.  Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and payment verification by Ozeri.  Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and only upon verification and approval,will your merchandise be processed and shipped out.  You assume all risk of loss for shipped products if the address provided is incorrect.

Unconfirmed Orders
We may have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of payment information, or clarify some other billing or shipping address issue.  Please note that while we will always do our utmost best to reach you by phone and e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely.  If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in a timely fashion, should the need arise.

An enabled checkout process uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure the privacy and security of your information.  Please remember that no data transmission over the Internet, or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others; Ozeriwill not provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to anyone, and all statistics including any personal identifying information will be confidential and secured. Ozeri may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our privacy policy or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Ozeri, our users, or others.

退貨

由於本公司的產品性質敏感,除非商品存在缺陷,否則一概不予退貨。有缺陷的商品必須在到貨日起14天內通知。此14天後的更換,均不予受理。本公司強烈建議您在到貨後盡快打開貨品,並即時測試商品。

缺陷產品的更換以本公司的退貨部門最終之批核結果為準。任何因使用商品而造成的風險和/或責任,奧澤瑞概不負責。

透過奧澤瑞購買,並符合退貨資格的商品,可向奧澤瑞退回,經手人:退貨部門。您必須先通過電子郵件或電話與本公司聯絡,並獲取退貨授權(RMA)。郵寄給本公司的退貨商品如沒有預先批准的RMA,有可能會在不獲通知下遭受拒絕、自動退回,並收取手續費。RMA只在14天內有效。所有RMA號碼必須在裝運箱上清晰顯示。 

請注意,只有在本公司認為產品是因製造缺陷或運送的產品不正確時,才會給予原本運費的退款。

所有任何其他原因的退貨或更換,其運費和保險費均全部由買方承擔。如果您選擇不為貨品購買保險,奧澤瑞將不承擔任何損害或損失的責任。

如果您收到不正確的產品,一經核實,本公司會在不收取額外費用之下提供更換。所有需要更換的商品必須保持原貌、完好,並處於可以重新出售的狀態,而且亦必須保留所有原始包裝材料、說明書及其他由廠家提供的配件。所有退貨商品均需附有購買證明(如發票收據和/或裝箱單)。與訂單不符的商品,必須在到貨日起5天內通知。如果您不希望更換商品,本公司只會提供店內積分,以供未來的訂單使用。

特別提貨

本公司已在各個提貨點製定了一定的認證程序。為確保顧客提貨時暢通無阻,請出示有效身份證明文件和付款證明。

提貨時,請您或付款人向店舖或提貨點出示訂單確認及實際付款方法訊息的電子副本。只有與本公司記錄相符的特定人士,方有資格提取商品。未能出示全部所需文件和身份證明的人士,均不得提取商品。

本公司保留因所提供的文件與適用的付款資料,或在付款確認時的資料不符,而不予顧客提取商品的權利。

未能在7天內提取的產品將退回倉庫,而購買該產品的款項會在扣除20%手續費後,透過信用卡退回。本公司不能保證退回倉庫的產品仍可供顧客購買。 

發送產品

奧澤瑞會在正常營業日發送訂單:星期一至星期五。目前本公司不會在週末或假期發送任何貨品。但是,您可以聯絡本公司作特別提貨安排。請確保訂單資料準確且完整,以免延誤。產品不能發送到不完整的地址。 

除非另有要求並經本公司批准,本公司利用一切可行的發送方式,如郵局、本地速遞作為本公司唯一的發送途徑。

 

註:所有訂單均在收款後處理。實際出貨時間視乎奧澤瑞的付款核實及商品的供貨情況。正常處理程序約需24-48個小時,經過驗證及批核後,本公司才會處理並發送商品。如果提供的地址不正確,所有出貨產品的損失風險將由顧客承擔。

未確認的訂單

如有付款資料的驗證問題,或需要確實其他賬單或送貨地址的問題時,本公司可能會聯絡顧客。請注意,雖然本公司會繼續竭盡全力,以電話和電子郵件聯絡顧客,但本公司仍無法保留一直處於未經確認狀態的訂單。如果本公司未能在收到訂單後3個工作天內與您聯絡,訂單將被取消,所以請務必向本公司提供聯絡資料,使本公司能夠在有需要時及時聯絡您。
