A new kitchen staple

"I've been wanting a good set of knives AND cutting mats. I caught this set on sale and bought it. Ozeri is a name that I absolutely trust--I've purchased a number of their products and haven't had a bad experience. These are not an exception.

The mats cover a good range of sizes and wash clean very easily. The non-skid backing is exactly that. the mats stayed in place with no difficulties. I've used all four knives, and all are exactly as expected. The blue knife made cutting onions amazingly easy, and the red knife cut through my pork roast with ease. I used the green knife to cut small vegis and the orange to cut steak at dinner."
